Thiruthani
The work began with ‘Arul Yesu 111am’ (Gracious Jesus’ Home) for
boys from a group of villages around Tiruttani, Tamil Nadu;
• some
from broken homes
• some with disabled parents
• some made to work to keep their families
• some orphaned
- all without
hope or an opportunity to learn. Gracious Jesus’ Home has given
them;
• shelter and
nourishment
• love
and Christian nurture
• an opportunity to go to school and learn skills
- without taking
them away from their local communities or introducing them to Western
lifestyles.
