• Interserve 'Hard Places' Tour
• New 'Piano' album - due November
• Nashville, New York, Aberdeen...
• Please support India Ministries Fellowship!

Hi everyone, and thanks for logging on!

My news this week is that I'm coming towards the end of the Interserve Hard Places concert tour, with the last two concerts this week-end, Inverness tomorrow, and Fort William on Saturday. The tour has gone well, and I hope the result will be greater support for Interserve's tremendous work.

Mid-week, I've been working on the forthcoming new album release 'Piano'. It's due out in mid November, and is a quieter more meditative album than Non-Stop. All of the songs, some of which are brand new, and some of which are from previous albums, feature grand piano, played either by me., or Chris Eaton. I've been doing recording sessions in Ca Va studio in Glasgow, using their beautiful Bosendorfer Grand, and finished the last song at 11 last night! It's very pure form of recording-- no programming or fancy effects, you just have to sing and play as well as you can! The album should be up for sale on the website by mid November.

After driving back from Fort William on Saturday night, I have Sunday off to unpack the van, tidy up the garden a bit, then I leave for Nashville on Monday morning. I'm doing some songwriting, and have some interesting meetings during the week, then on Saturday I fly up to New York for three church meetings over the week-end, then home Monday night. I'll let you know how I get on. The children break up for the October holidays on Friday, and Carol is off with them to Granny's in Aberdeen for the week.

I know I keep saying this, but please have a look at the India Ministries Fellowship page on the website, and perhaps consider doing the small fixed amount donation thing in the 'buying online ' thing.

One last thing, someone did mention that they weren't sure if we used a 'secure server' or not. Well we do, and I'll try to make this more clear! What that means is that through a clever coding system, it's as safe to use your credit card on our site as it can possibly be.

Best Regards, Ian White.
